Your Fat Bastard Pepper Jack is the bomb! I have tried to make my own and buy sauce for my steak tips for 20 years and have been sorily disappointed. Then I recieved Fat Bastard Pepper Jack as a joke gift, (as that is the name of our wieght loss club.) I put the steak tips overnight in the sauce then prepared the tips in a white hot iron skillet. The taste was incredible, zippy and sweet. Thank you, thank you, thank you! You have no idea how happy you have me. I love it!

The Best! This is a great sauce to use on many meals. Dogs, Italian sausage or beef, even beef stew after it's on the plate. It's hot, but not too much. If I could only have one condiment, this would be it.
